Simply download and install into Eclipse. The preresiquites are: Java5, Eclipse 3.2, and the WidgetServer as previously stated. There is currently no update site, that may be a future point as the plugins mature.
For now just download the plugin and extract it to the parent directory of your Eclipse install directory.

One zip file for Eclipse version 3.2:  WidgetServer Eclipse IDE plugin version 1.3

      or for Eclipse version 3.3:  WidgetServer Eclipse IDE plugin extesions version 1.3 for Eclipse 3.3    This difference was necessary since the 3.3 version has some minor api changes and deprecated extensions.
